Privacy Policy

Fracht AG provides Fracht HSEQ for authorized employees and business users to report, review and follow up health, safety, environment and quality matters.

Information we process

We process account information such as name and business email address; report content such as incident descriptions, project and shipment details, corrective actions and checklist responses; photos or videos that users choose to attach; and precise location only when a user grants location permission and captures a report location. We also process authentication tokens and limited technical information required to operate and secure the service.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, create and manage HSEQ reports, notify reporters and assigned people, display safety alerts, support follow-up actions, improve report wording when the user requests the AI rewrite feature, and protect the service from misuse.

Sharing

Report information is available to authorized users and administrators within the Fracht HSEQ service. We use service providers for hosting, transactional email and the optional AI rewrite feature. They process information only to provide those services. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Reports and related evidence are retained for operational, safety and legal purposes according to Fracht policies. Users can request correction or deletion through their HSEQ administrator, subject to applicable retention obligations. Local drafts can be deleted in the app. Account deletion requests can be sent to the contact below.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Login tokens are stored using platform-protected storage. Access to reports and administration functions is restricted by authenticated roles.

Your choices

Camera, photo-library, notification and location access are optional and controlled by device permissions. Location is captured only after permission is granted. Users can submit a report without granting location access by entering a location description manually.
